1.1. "Best Way GG," "we," "our," "its," and "us" refer to Best Way GG, including our website and associated services. "Services" encompass all the offerings provided by Best Way GG, including our website, our mobile applications for IOS and Android and any related features or functionality. "You," "client," "visitor," and "user" refer to any person visiting our website, using our services, or interacting with our content. "Terms of Service" and "Terms" refer to all the provisions contained in this document. "Privacy Policy" refers to our official privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and maintain user data and information. "Provision" denotes any section, subsection, or clause within these Terms. Services and Warranties

2.1. It is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with any third-party agreements.

2.2. The client agrees not to violate any third-party agreements while using our Services.

2.3. The client agrees not to use our Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

2.4. Best Way GG reserves the right to modify or terminate our services at any time without prior notice.

2.5. We may amend, change, or modify these Terms, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2.6. We may modify or make certain features or portions of our Services unavailable without prior notice.

2.7. Best Way GG may refuse services to any client without providing a reason. The client acknowledges that Best Way GG may use third-party services when necessary.

3.1. Accessing and utilizing the Service incurs no fees. Users can download the Service at no cost from either the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore.

3.2. Virtual currency "Points" are provided at no cost and can be earned by completing various free tasks. Points hold no real monetary value and are not considered as actual currency.

3.3. Points can be utilized exclusively within the Service to redeem rewards such as in-game skins or gift cards.

3.4. In-game skins or gift cards rewards does not have a static Points cost. Their price (in Points) can be changed dynamically without prior warning.

3.5. Obtained in-game skins (for bestway.gg | CS2 app) remain in user inventory and expire after 1 month if not withdrawn or sold. User gets 70% (or 75% if has active premium account) of skin value if expired. Expired skins are not withdrawable.

4.1. In order to access the full range of services provided by Best Way GG, you must complete the registration process by creating an account on the Service ("Account").

4.2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4.3. bestway.gg reserves the right to disallow, cancel, suspend, or terminate your account if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, if your activities on the account could cause harm or damage to the Service, or if you breach any applicable laws or regulations.

4.4. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account. Notify Best Way GG immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.5. Registration in the Service means acceptance of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.1. You acknowledge that all content, modifications, enhancements, and updates provided by Best Way GG, collectively referred to as "Proprietary Materials," are owned by Best Way GG, its licensors, or by third parties whose content is accessible through the Service.

5.2. The Service may utilize intellectual property owned by third parties for certain features. These third-party materials are acknowledged and are the sole property of their respective owners.

5.3. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

6.1. Best Way GG may utilize content belonging to third parties to ensure the proper functioning of its services.

6.2. The Service may provide access to various offer walls from our partners, but Best Way GG does not review or control the content and information available on these offer walls. User discretion is advised.

6.3. You consume third-party content at your own risk. Best Way GG disclaims liability for any issues arising from your use of third-party content.

7.1. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.

7.2. Any unauthorized attempt to gain access to the Services' features is strictly prohibited.

7.3. You shall not decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or derive any source code from the Service.

7.4. Modifying, translating, creating derivative works, copying, renting, leasing, or transferring any rights under these Terms is prohibited.

7.5. Creating and using multiple accounts on the Best Way GG platform is not allowed.

7.6. The use of third-party programs, such as VPNs, proxies or ad-blockers, is strictly prohibited while using the Best Way GG platform.

7.7. Scamming, deceiving, abusing, or exploiting the Best Way GG platform or its authorized officials for personal gain is not permitted.

8.1. By using the Service and providing Personal Information, you agree to receive electronic communications from Best Way GG. This includes security, privacy, and administrative notifications as well as updates about the Service.

8.2. You may opt-out of push notifications and request the removal of your data from our mailing list by contacting [email protected].

9.1. Best Way GG respects the intellectual property of others and takes copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you may submit a "Notification of Claimed Infringement" to [email protected]. Best Way GG may share your notification with the alleged infringing party, and you consent to this disclosure.

9.2. We have no affiliation or endorsement from Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, or any other trademarks owned by Valve Corporation.

10.1. Certain sections of the Application require a subscription ("Subscription(s)"). Subscribing grants ongoing access to additional content in the Application, with fees charged for a 30-day period. Payment occurs via the User’s third-party platform account (e.g., AppStore or Google Play) upon confirming the Subscription within the Application.

10.2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless the User disables this feature at least 24 hours before the current Subscription ends. The Subscription Fee is deducted from the User’s platform account (e.g. AppStore or Google Play) within 24 hours of the Subscription's expiration. If payment fails due to insufficient funds or invalid payment methods, the Subscription is canceled.

10.3. Once purchased, Users can manage Subscriptions and disable automatic renewal through their account settings on the third-party platform (e.g., AppStore or Google Play). Cancelling a Subscription takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

10.4. Paid Subscription Fees are generally non-refundable, except when required by law.

10.5. The Administrator may adjust the Subscription Fee at its discretion, with changes taking effect at the end of the current Subscription period. Users receive reasonable advance notice of any fee changes. Failure to agree to fee changes results in the Subscription expiring at the end of the current period.

10.6. Users acknowledge that billing and transactions are managed by third-party platform operators (e.g., AppStore or Google Play) from which the Application was downloaded, governed by their respective terms and conditions. Users should address any payment issues directly with the platform operator. The Administrator is not involved in this agreement and bears no responsibility for its terms or any resulting obligations or damages.

11.1. These Terms are effective from your first access to the Service and continue as long as you use the Service.

11.2. Best Way GG reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for any other lawful reasons.

11.3. Amounts due to or owed by you upon termination will remain payable.

11.4. User data will be subject to Best Way GG data retention practices upon termination.

12.1. The Service is provided "as is," and you acknowledge the potential for interruptions, inaccuracies, or third-party interference.

12.2. Best Way GG disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12.3. Best Way GG does not guarantee the security or error-free nature of the Service.

13.1. Best Way GG liability is limited to actual damages and will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

13.2. Best Way GG is not liable for punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

13.3. Users are responsible for investigating and maintaining their insurance covering any potential risks associated with using the Service.

14.1. Disputes between you and Best Way GG will be resolved through binding independent arbitration. If arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, the matter may be brought before the competent court in Płock, Poland.

14.2. These Terms are governed by Polish law, and the courts in Płock, Poland, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

15.1. All notices and correspondence required by these Terms shall be presumed delivered when sent to Best Way GG official email ([email protected]).

15.2. Please ensure that your legal counsel reviews these terms before making them public to ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
